No pateixis, et portem una soluci\u00f3 per a continuar gaudint de l&#8217;estiu fins a l&#8217;\u00faltim moment: <strong>sacseja aquests \u00faltims dies d&#8217;estiu amb un refrescant Shakerato al m\u00e9s pur estil itali\u00e0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El nom d&#8217;aquesta recepta ja ens d\u00f3na moltes pistes del que comporta: &#8220;Shakerato&#8221; \u00e9s la combinaci\u00f3 del verb en angl\u00e8s &#8220;shake&#8221; (sacsejar) amb una terminaci\u00f3 italiana. I aix\u00ed \u00e9s precisament com es fa: agitant un caf\u00e8 espresso amb sucre i gel. <strong>El resultat va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del tradicional caf\u00e8 amb gel<\/strong>, ja que en agitar-lo aconseguim <strong>transformar per complet la seva textura<\/strong> i el convertim en <strong>una beguda m\u00e9s vellutada i cremosa<\/strong>.
